Also, a windows installer block appears and cannot be eliminated. I finally have to turn the machine off. Regarding the printer, I installed another HP printer and it worked for 3 days, then quit, giving the message "Not connected to the computer. I checked it out and it was OK and even got a new USB cable and I got the same message. I finally purchased a new printer KODAK and it will not even install.1 person needs an answerI do too

I have not heard from anybody abuot my problem. Is this futile?
